PackComply is the first AI-powered SaaS platform for packaging compliance. We provide:

• Automated audit-grade compliance reporting
• EU PPWR and global EPR readiness assessment
• Real-time regulatory monitoring and updates
• API integrations for seamless workflow automation
• Enterprise-grade security and data protection

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any security breaches

Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with access to Basic plan features and up to 150 SKU audits. No payment method is required during the trial period.

Paid Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Data and Privacy

Data Security

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We do not claim ownership of your content or packaging specifications.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including AI algorithms, software, designs, and content, is owned by PackComply and protected by intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily restricts access.

Limitation of Liability

PackComply provides compliance guidance and reporting tools. You are ultimately responsible for:

• Ensuring regulatory compliance of your products
• Verifying accuracy of compliance assessments
• Consulting with legal experts when necessary
• Final compliance decisions and submissions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackComply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PackComply harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our AI-powered platform strives for accuracy, compliance decisions should be verified with regulatory experts.

Governing Law
